All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Estimated delivery time across India is typically 7–15 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the shipping destination, courier partner, and other logistical factors.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.

3. Returns and Replacements

We offer a 3-day return or replacement window from the date of delivery. Any request regarding damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 3 days of receiving the order.
Unboxing Video Requirement
To maintain transparency and ensure fair resolution of claims, customers are required to record a clear unboxing video while opening the package. The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the condition of the product inside.
Requests for returns or replacements may not be accepted without a valid unboxing video.
Eligible Cases for Replacement
A replacement may be provided under the following circumstances:
• The product arrives damaged during shipping
• An incorrect product has been delivered
• The product received is defective
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns or replacements will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
• Damage caused after delivery due to improper handling, storage, or usage
• Minor variations in color, fragrance intensity, or appearance
• Requests made after the 3-day return period
• Products that have been used, altered, or partially consumed

If a return or replacement request is approved, Nuviah Aurea may provide a replacement product or issue a refund where applicable.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe.
